Pryaag Raj Prem

Pryaag Raj Prem is a multi-disciplinary creative with over 15 years of experience across branding, communication, and digital strategy. His design approach blends strategic thinking with visual clarity, helping brands—from startups to legacy giants—craft memorable, purpose-led experiences.

He is the founder of PRPdc, a creative consultancy that has collaborated with over 100 clients across industries like fashion, hospitality, FMCG, education, and tech.

Leadership Roles + Experience

  • 2020-Now

    I am currently engaged with multiple companies in the luxury industry to refine their visual communication across platforms and establish a unified and consistent brand language. A strong follower of the science of visual design and a multi-disciplined background enables me to confidently lead fully integrated campaigns, large scale brand experiences and design digital products that cut through the noise and challenges across different mediums and platforms.

  • 2018-2020

    Pryaag led omni-channel branding and marketing efforts for international luxury watch brands including Jaeger-LeCoultre, Carl F. Bucherer, Graham, Oris, and Raymond Weil. He managed a team of 8 designers and 3 vendors across platforms including the Ethos website, app, Watch Guide Magazine, offline events, and 44 retail stores. He also represented the brand at trade fairs in Basel and Geneva while overseeing agency/vendor management and ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.

  • 2013-2018

    As one of the five founding team members, Pryaag helped scale RepIndia into a 200+ person digital agency. He led teams of 30+ designers and 15 developers, driving creative output for major clients such as Air Asia, Benetton, Max Group, Reliance, P&G, Medanta, TATA, and HCL. His responsibilities spanned design direction, client strategy, business development, and internal process systems.

  • 2010-2012

    At Green Goose Design, Pryaag led design work for high-end brands like Dior, Forest Essentials, Whirlpool, Citibank, and Global Genesis. He managed branding, print, and web campaigns while guiding a 10-member design team and leading key client interactions.

  • 2008-2010

    At this global MNC, Pryaag worked with teams in India and the U.S. to design communication assets for CEB’s international executive members. His work included annual retreat presentations, marketing collateral, and branded content for both screen and print. He was chosen among six global art directors from a pool of 70 designers and was the youngest employee sent to Washington D.C. for training.
