When Samsung decided to launch an official platform for selling genuine replacement parts in the U.S., I was brought on as a digital consultant to support the initiative through Mobikasa. The project required a clean, user-first website that could simplify part discovery while maintaining Samsung’s global brand standards. From advising on the information architecture to guiding the visual UX direction, my role was to help lay the groundwork for a seamless shopping experience built specifically for the U.S. market.
